It features five sealed burners, including a powerful dual-flame 17,000 BTU power burner capable of delivering high heat for rapid boiling and a low simmer for delicate cooking tasks. The FlameSelect® technology offers nine distinct power levels, allowing for precise and repeatable flame adjustments to achieve perfect cooking results every time. The OptiSim® Burner is specifically designed to provide even heat distribution, making it ideal for simmering sauces or melting chocolate without scorching. Heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates provide a stable cooking surface, enabling easy movement of pots and pans across the cooktop. These grates are also dishwasher-safe, ensuring convenient cleaning. The cooktop is equipped with sleek black stainless steel knobs featuring embedded red LED light indicators that display a red light line when a burner is on and pulse as a safety residual heat indicator. Additional safety features include a flame failure safety device that prevents gas leakage by shutting off the gas supply if the flame extinguishes unexpectedly. The cooktop is ADA compliant when installed according to ADA guidelines, ensuring accessibility for all users.
