  2. Find the Order Confirmation Email: Look for the email with the subject line “Your Order Confirmation” from KT Appliance.
  3. Click on the Order Status Link: Inside the email, find and click the link that says “View your order” or similar. This will take you to your order status page.

Option 2: Using Your Account on Our Website

  1. Log In to Your Account:
    • Go to our website and click on the “Log In” link at the top right corner.
    • Enter your email and password to access your account.
  2. Go to Your Order History:
    • Once logged in, navigate to the “My Account” or “Order History” section.
    • Here you will see a list of your recent orders.
