At KT Appliance, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase and are here to help if you encounter any issues.

Before You Buy

We encourage you to make use of our detailed website for pre-purchase tips, model specifications, and installation guides. Our friendly appliance specialists are also available to answer any questions you may have.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your appliance thoroughly before accepting delivery. Even if the packaging looks fine, it’s important to check for any internal or external damage. If you find any damage, please refuse the package and note the issue on the delivery invoice. Contact our customer service team right away, and we’ll issue a return authorization (RA) number. If you discover damage after signing for the delivery, you’ll need to file a claim with the shipper, so thorough inspection is key.

Defective Merchandise

We recommend installing and testing your appliance as soon as possible. If you receive a defective item (not due to shipping damage), contact us within 48 hours. For defects that appear after the first use, please reach out to the manufacturer directly using the contact information provided in the product literature.

Product Does Not Meet Your Needs

If your new appliance isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your item. For your convenience, remember that products that have been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. We kindly ask that returned items are in brand-new condition with all original packaging, product literature, and warranty cards intact. Additionally, we cannot accept returns if the merchandise is not located at the original delivery location. Please note that shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are non-refundable, and returns may be subject to a 30 percent restocking fee. While we strive to accommodate all returns, we are unable to accept returns on air conditioners, humidifiers, air purifiers, special order merchandise, custom-made units, and accessories. General Return Guidelines

Before Purchase

Delivery and Acceptance

  • Damaged Items: Do not accept damaged items upon delivery. Once you accept and sign for your item, you’re responsible for any damage claims.
  • Report Issues Promptly: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if it is damaged or does not meet your needs by calling (770)-637-5637 or sending us an email at help@ktappliance.com.

After Purchase

  • Manufacturer Defects: For defects that appear after first use, please contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Reporting Issues: KT Appliance is not responsible for missing, incorrect, or damaged products reported more than 15 days after delivery.

Return Process

  • Return Authorization: Contact our customer service to receive a return authorization (RA) number for any returns. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
  • Condition of Returned Products: Returned products must be in brand-new condition with all original packaging, literature, and warranty cards. KT Appliance does not accept returns for any item that has been installed, used, or plugged in. All items must be like-new and in original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on air conditioners, special order products, and commercial laundry equipment. Items that have been moved from their original delivery location cannot be returned.
  • Shipping Method: Return the item using the same shipping method it was originally sent.
  • Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are non-refundable.

Cancellations and Exchanges

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only accepted for defective items within the 15-day return window. For non-defective items, a return must be processed, and a new order must be placed.

Special Cases

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made items or special order merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • International Returns: We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally.
  • Promotional Items: Items purchased during a promotion or sale may be subject to different return policies. Please refer to the specific promotion details.

Additional Guidelines

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Condition of Packaging: All returns must include the original packaging and materials, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.
  • Damage During Return Shipping: KT Appliance is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process. It is recommended to use a trackable and insured shipping method.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse returns.
