KT Appliance — Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Here's everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included. A 30% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping anything back. To request one, call us at (770) 637-5637 or email hello@ktappliance.com. Returns sent without an RA will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method.

What We Cannot Accept as Returns

  • Air conditioners, humidifiers, and air purifiers. Special orders and custom-made items.
  • Accessories and commercial laundry equipment.
  • Any item that has been installed, used, or moved from its original delivery location.
  • International orders. 
  • Promotional items may have separate terms — check the specific promotion for details.

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect your item before signing for delivery. If it arrives damaged, refuse the delivery and note the damage on the invoice. If you discover damage after accepting delivery, contact us as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

For defective products (not related to shipping damage), notify us within 48 hours of delivery. If a defect appears after use, the manufacturer's warranty applies — you can contact them directly, or we can reach out on your behalf to schedule service.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at any time before they ship. Once an order is in transit, it must go through the standard return process.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective items only, within 15 days of delivery. For anything else, we ask that you process a return and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use the same shipping method as the original delivery. The only exception is if we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged — in those cases, we cover it.

Right to Refuse

KT Appliance reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the conditions described in this policy.
