KT Appliance Return Policy
At KT Appliance, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you need to return a product, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return process.
1. General Return Policy
✅ Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
✅ Item Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
✅ Restocking Fee: Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
✅ Shipping Costs: Non-refundable—customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Air conditioners, humidifiers, air purifiers
❌ Special order or custom-made items
❌ Accessories and commercial laundry equipment
❌ Items that have been installed, used, or moved from the original delivery location
2. Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged Shipments
- Before signing for delivery, inspect your item carefully. If damaged, refuse delivery and note the issue on the invoice.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, you must contact us to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Defective Merchandise
- If your item is defective (not due to shipping damage), you must notify us within 48 hours of the delivery.
- For defects after use, contact the manufacturer directly for warranty assistance. Additionally, we can contact the manufacturer for you to schedule a service.
3. Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization (RA) – Contact us within 30 days at (770)-637-5637 or help@ktappliance.com.
- Returns without an RA will not be accepted.
- Package the Item Properly – Items must be in brand-new condition, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories.
- Ship the Return – Customers must use the same shipping method as the original delivery and cover return shipping costs.
- Inspection & Refund Processing – Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after inspection.
4. Cancellations & Exchanges
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, orders must go through the return process.
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges only for defective items within 15 days after delivery. For all other cases, a return must be processed, and a new order placed.
5. Special Cases
🚫 Custom Orders & Special Orders – Non-returnable and non-refundable.
🚫 International Orders – Returns are not accepted.
🚫 Promotional Items – Return policies may vary; refer to specific promotion details.
6. Refunds & Processing
💳 Refund Method: Issued to the original payment method.
⏳ Processing Time: 3-5 business days after the returned item is inspected.
📦 Packaging Requirement: Must include all original materials, accessories, and manuals.
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
Right to Refuse
