At KT Appliance, we want you to shop with confidence. If you find the exact same appliance for a lower price from an authorized U.S. dealer within 30 days of your purchase, we’ll match the price (or refund the difference)

subject to the eligibility rules below.

How It Works

  1. Buy from KT Appliance. Keep your order number handy.
  2. Find a lower price on the same model from an authorized dealer.
  3. Submit a request with the competitor link, screenshot, and your ZIP code (so we can compare delivered prices).
  4. We verify the price and availability.
  5. You save. We adjust the price before delivery or refund the difference to your original payment method after delivery.

Emailhelp@ktappliance.com with subject “Price Match Request” and include:

  • Your full name & KT Appliance order #
  • Brand & model number
  • Competitor URL showing the price
  • Screenshot/date of the offer
  • Your delivery ZIP code

Eligibility Rules (Fair & Simple)

To protect our customers and keep pricing sustainable, we follow these guidelines:

1) Same Item

  • Identical brand, model, color/finish, and SKU.
  • Must be new, factory‑sealed merchandise with the full U.S. manufacturer warranty.
  • Open‑box, refurbished, floor models, used, scratch‑and‑dent, or out‑of‑the‑box installs are not eligible.

2) Authorized U.S. Dealer

  • The competing seller must be an authorized U.S. retailer for the brand (no marketplaces/third‑party sellers).
  • Examples not eligible: marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon/eBay/Walmart sold by third parties), auction sites, peer‑to‑peer sellers, grey‑market importers.

3) In‑Stock & Available

  • The competitor must have the item in stock and ready to ship/deliver to your ZIP code at the time we verify.
  • Limited quantities, doorbusters, clearances with limited sizes/colors, or pricing errors do not qualify.

4) Compare the Delivered Price

  • We match the total delivered price to your address: item price plus standard shipping/handling and basic delivery fees.
  • If a competitor includes free delivery, we compare against our delivered total and adjust the product price so your out‑the‑door cost matches.
  • Installation, haul‑away, white‑glove, or custom services are excluded from the comparison, but we’ll always quote our best rate.

5) Promotions & Discounts

  • Coupons, promo codes, gift card bundles, membership‑only pricing, financing offers, rebates, and free‑gift promotions are excluded from comparison.
  • Manufacturer rebates are applied consistently on both sides when advertised as part of the product offer.
  • Cannot be combined with other KT Appliance promotions, bundles, or negotiated quotes.

6) Timing

  • Valid within 30 days of your KT Appliance purchase date (or at the time of purchase).
  • One price‑match adjustment per item.

7) Service Area

  • Available for deliveries to the contiguous United States.
  • We reserve the right to decline unverifiable requests or offers inconsistent with manufacturer MAP policies.

What’s Not Eligible (Summary)

  • Non‑authorized or marketplace/third‑party sellers
  • Open‑box, used, refurbished, floor models, or scratch‑and‑dent
  • Out‑of‑stock or back‑ordered items
  • Mistyped/erroneous prices, auction sites, flash sales, or bundle/gift card promotions
  • Membership‑only or contract pricing not available to the general public
  • Custom delivery/installation services (not part of standard delivery)

Will you match prices after I’ve taken delivery?

Yes—within30 days of purchase we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method once we verify eligibility.

Do you match warehouse clubs?

We can match public, non‑member pricing. Membership‑only or club‑member pricing is excluded.

What if the competitor offers a free gift or financing deal?

We compare the delivered product price only. Free gifts, gift cards, or special financing are excluded.

Can I price match multiple items in a package?

We’ll evaluate each item individually. Bundle pricing must be comparable and each item must meet the rules above.
