MasterChef
Great results, every time: You can easily cook a variety of dishes automatically with the electronic programs. Whether you are baking a cake or cooking poultry – you do not need to select the function, or choose the temperature or duration. The degree of cooking for meat, for example, can be set as per your individual taste. And you can combine this with the additional microwave function so your dishes are ready even faster.
Roast probe
Still raw or already too dry? The built-in roast probe enables you to measure the core temperature of meat or fish so you can cook it precisely to your particular taste. Thanks to the countdown indicator, you can see exactly how long your roast still has to go – meaning you can even leave the kitchen should you need to. The probe is easy to use, with a great feel, and the results are succulent and flavorsome.
Special modes
Special situations require special parameters: With the special programs, you can master even unusual applications. To prove dough or dry fruit, for example, simply choose the corresponding program – and that's it, the right temperatures and oven compartment climate will be preset automatically.
Crisp Function
Certain foods need a beautifully crisp exterior for that perfect finishing touch: Fries and potato croquettes, for example, are best cooked in a dry oven compartment climate. This is achieved through controlled reduction of the moisture in the oven. You can select the Crisp Function individually.
Quick & Gentle
The Quick & Gentle feature allows you to combine conventional heat with an infinitely adjustable supply of microwave energy for the first time – precisely tailored to your needs. This means the total time required is reduced and dishes are cooked precisely the way you like them. This is all made possible by innovative inverter technology – for greater flexibility in your everyday cooking.
A space-saving, 3-in-1 combination
Conjure up wonderful dishes even in small kitchens: Food can be cooked easily in both microwave and oven mode using just one appliance. In combi mode in particular, you can benefit from perfect results in a faster time. Minute Plus button
With the QuickStart function, you can start up the highest microwave setting right away at the press of a button, allowing you to quickly reheat food and drinks without having to set the temperature. You can easily reprogram the defined time values to suit your personal preferences – for example, if you want to heat up a cup of tea in the evening or warm some baby food.
Popcorn button
What's a good film without popcorn? With our MasterChef for popcorn, you can easily make delicious popcorn at home at the single touch of a button. Times and wattages are optimally adapted to the popular bag size of 3.5 oz (100 g.) You prefer it crunchy? Then you can customize the times to suit your taste.
SoftOpen and SoftClose
Always a head-turner: Thanks to a sophisticated damping mechanism, the door closes and opens with impressive grace. And it does so up to 90° – so you have plenty of room to reach the food inside the oven compartment really easily.
Timers
How to be ready on time and relaxed with it: Just set the start time, end time, or duration of the cooking process. The process will then end automatically once the programmed duration has elapsed. The built-in kitchen timer is a really convenient feature in lots of situations too. And in the event of a power failure, the set clock time is saved for approximately 150 hours.
MultiLingua
User convenience for everyone: You can choose from many different languages on the display. This means the appliance will be easy to operate in a range of languages. MultiLingua is available for all appliances with DirectSensor S controls or later.
Patented linen stainless steel oven interior
Significantly less residue adheres to the walls of the oven compartment during cooking. This is because the compartment of the Speed oven is made from high-quality stainless steel with a special linen structure. The surface also has a PerfectClean finish, making it particularly easy to clean – thanks to the sophisticated surface system, you can save time on cleaning and enjoy outstanding results.
LED spotlight
The LED spotlight illuminates the oven compartment wonderfully. And permanently, since it is maintenance-free. Plus it is extremely energy-efficient.
Touch-cool front
Miele Speed Ovens are cooled on all sides. This keeps the control panel and handle areas as well as adjacent cabinetry relatively cool. The multi-layer panels insulate the oven door effectively and ensure a low temperature on the outside of the door, providing safety and protection against burns.
Safety functions
Be proactive to improve safety – you can lock the appliance at the touch of a button, thus preventing unintentional operation, e.g., by children. Or the safety shut-off will help you in an emergency: A Miele Oven will automatically switch off if the maximum operating time is exceeded.
