The Bosch RGM8058UC is a premium 30-inch gas rangetop that combines high-efficiency burners with a robust stainless steel construction, making it a standout addition to any modern kitchen. It features four sealed burners, including a powerful 18,000 BTU dual-flame ring power burner that offers two heat options: a high-power setting for rapid boiling and a low simmer for delicate cooking tasks. The OptiSim® Burner is specifically designed to provide precise flame control at the lowest settings, ideal for simmering sauces or melting chocolate without scorching. Heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow for easy movement of pots and pans across the cooking surface, and they are dishwasher-safe for convenient cleaning. The rangetop's black porcelain-enameled cooking surface is both scratch and stain-resistant, ensuring durability and easy maintenance. Equipped with upfront heavy-duty metal knobs and electronic ignition, it offers precise control and reliable operation. An included LP conversion kit allows for flexibility in fuel type, accommodating both natural gas and liquid propane installations.
The dual flame ring power burner has two rings for low and high flame settings so you can go from simmer to sear with ease. Heat level 1-3 uses the inner ring, and 4-9 uses both rings for maximum heat.
A special enameling process allows the grates to be washed directly in the dishwasher instead of by hand for easier clean up.
The OptiSim burner design is wider and thicker which diffuses heat evenly for better flame control when simmering delicate sauces.
