Description
The Bosch NEM5066UC 30-inch electric cooktop features four radiant heating elements to accommodate various cooking needs. The front-left element is a dual 7"/5" zone with 1,700/700 watts, allowing flexibility for different pan sizes. The back-left element is a 7" zone with 1,800 watts, suitable for medium-sized cookware. The front-right element is a 9" zone delivering 2,500 watts, ideal for tasks requiring higher heat, such as boiling. The back-right element is a 6" zone with 1,200 watts, perfect for simmering and low-heat cooking.
The cooktop's ceramic glass surface not only provides a modern, frameless design but also ensures easy cleaning. Push-to-turn control knobs offer intuitive operation, and the infinite temperature controls allow for precise heat adjustments. Safety features include a residual heat indicator for each zone, warning if the cooktop is warm or hot, and the cooktop is ADA compliant, ensuring accessibility.
