The Bosch HII8057U is a 30-inch induction cooktop designed to provide exceptional performance and style. The five induction zones include a FlexInduction® feature, which allows you to combine two cooking zones into one large zone, ideal for griddles or large pots. The TouchSelect® control panel enables easy temperature adjustments with a touch, offering 17 power levels for precise control over each cooking zone.

The PowerBoost® function provides a surge of extra power, perfect for quick boiling or high-heat cooking, while the Keep Warm function maintains low heat for delicate simmering. The black glass surface is not only visually striking but also easy to clean—just wipe away spills without hassle.
