Description
The Bosch HBN8651UC 27-inch Double Wall Oven 800 Series features 12 specialized cooking modes in the upper cavity - making gourmet cooking easy. The upper cavity also features genuine European Convection and the lower cavity has thermal cooking. You also get custom cooking modes like Pizza, Pie, Warm, and Proof. The Touch control with SteelTouch buttons for easier operation of the oven, and the dampened hinges softly and quietly guide the SmoothClose door shut. The Meat Probe takes the guesswork out of cooking, and the Fast Preheat reduces preheat time so you can get cooking faster. Two lights in each of the upper and lower cavities as well as the extra larger door window allow you to better monitor the cooking process.
