The SMEG SPR36UGMX Professional Series is a 36 inch freestanding dual fuel range that pairs a 6-zone sealed gas cooktop with a thermo-ventilated electric oven, delivering the responsiveness of a gas flame with the even, consistent results of electric convection. The black enamel cooktop is topped with heavy-duty cast iron grates and controlled by pro-style knobs for precise flame adjustment across all six burners.

The 4.45 cu. ft. oven features True European Convection with dual fans and a circular heating element for homogeneous, faster cooking across multiple racks. Cooking modes include Bake, Convection Bake, Broil, Large Grill, Convection Broil, Convection Bottom, and Pizza, with a temperature range of 149 to 500 degrees F. VaporClean uses steam to loosen residue for easy cleaning, while the EverClean enamel cavity, five metal racks, and dual halogen lighting round out the interior.

A tangential cooling system directs airflow from the door to the splashback for a cooler, more comfortable kitchen, and the Soft Close door shuts gently and quietly. The full-glass, removable inner door with three glass panes simplifies cleaning.
