Powered by two robust Trident™ infrared burners (23,000 BTU each), it delivers precise temperature control spanning 300–1,000 °F across two independent cooking zones. The unit is engineered with 16‑gauge 304‑grade welded stainless steel housing for durability and quick cleanup, plus a hot‑surface ignition system with flash‑tube backup for reliable starts. Designed for elegance and usability, it incorporates blue LED‑illuminated control knobs, internal halogen lighting, removable grease trays and griddle plate for easy maintenance, and sits flush in a standard 29"×24½" cutout.
