Hotpoint PTAC units are easy to install, simply remove the old and slide in the new! The AH11H12E3B is a cooling unit with reverse cycle heat pump and electric back-up heat. It has a cooling capacity of 12,000 BTUs, 10,800 BTUs heat pump and features and 10.5 EER rating and 3.2 COP. The 20 amp power cord will deliver 3.4 kW of electric back-up heat. As an owner/operator, you have temperature limiting options that allows you to select one of four temperature ranges for total comfort and peak efficiency. Hotpoint also offers Intuitive Display which allows owners and guests to easily customize their preferred settings on the easy-to-use control panel. The control panel features soft touch pads to easily select the temperature, mode and fan speed. Indicator lights display mode and fan speeds as well as an LCD display for temperature. The unit can display temperature in either °F or °C.
