Smoke and smells are readily removed with 350 cubic feet per minute (CFM) of ventilation capacity and three fan speeds to select from. Furthermore, when the extreme temperature is detected, Heat Sentry automatically adjusts the speed to high, removing the guesswork from your cooking experience.
