The Heat Sentry thermostat will adjust the blower speed automatically with increased temperatures. The 30-inch depth provides better coverage of the grill to capture more grease and smoke. This 48-inch hood has four commercial-style baffle filters that help prevent grease from entering the duct work. These baffle filters are removable and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
